Registration
The Web Conference April 13 - 17, 2026 will run as an in-person conference. There will be no remote attendance registration option.
Important: Authors are reminded that they need to register by February 24, 2026 , using the code indicated in the Accepted menu. Papers without a valid accompanying registration and without an author presenting in person the paper in the allocated session may be excluded from the proceedings. Check details in the Authors of Accepted Papers section below.

Registration Fees
All fees are in USD or AED inclusive of all taxes as detailed below.

Inclusions
Workshops, Tutorials, Web4All (Days 1 to 2)
Includes access to presentations for 2 days from Monday April 13 to Tuesday April 14, 2026 only; access to the conference proceedings via the ACM Digital Library; coffee breaks and lunches for the 2 days; virtual access for the 2 days.
Main Conference (Days 3 to 5)
Includes access to conference presentations for 3 days from Wednesday April 15 to Friday April 17, 2026; access to the conference proceedings via the ACM Digital Library; attendance at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday April 14, 2024; coffee breaks and lunches for the 3 days; virtual access for the 3 days; the conference banquet. Please note that additional banquet tickets will be available for purchase.
Passport (All 5 Days)
Includes all elements of the three-day Main Conference registration as well as the two-day Workshops, Tutorials, and Web4All registration.
The Conference Committee reserves the right to add additional functions and activities should sponsorship funding make them possible.
Authors of Accepted Papers
Each paper accepted to the conference needs to be accompanied with dedicated author registration for the corresponding day, in which the paper is to be presented. Two papers require two registrations, even if they have overlapping authors. To cover a paper, the associated author's registration must be at the regular (non-student) rate.
During registration, you will be asked to enter the unique paper ID that was provided to you by Sheridan Publishing when you uploaded your camera-ready copy.
A paper presented during Day 3 to Day 5 is expected to register for the Main Conference (3-Days). A paper presented during Day 1 to Day 2 is expected to register for the Workshops, Tutorials, PhD Symposium, Web4All. A Passport Registration (5-Days) can cover at most 1 paper in Day 1 to Day 2 and 1 paper in Day 3 to Day 5.
Eligibility for Special Rates
To be eligible for Student Registration rates, attendees must be enrolled students undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of that status.
To be eligible for ACM Member Registration rates, attendees must be current members of ACM or SIGWEB, and be able to provide evidence of that status.
Cancellation Policy
Author registration is non-refundable.
For other categories, 50% refund will be given for cancellation requests submitted before 31 March 2026, 11:59PM Dubai Time (GMT + 4).
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to registration-www2026@acm.org.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
