Please carefully read the instructions below before proceeding to the registration site.

Important:

The Web Conference has been postponed to June 29 - July 3, 2026. The decision on whether the conference will be held in person or virtually will be made in May and announced on the conference website.

Authors are reminded that they need to register by March 30, 2026, using the code indicated in the Accepted menu. Papers without a valid accompanying registration and without an author presenting the paper in the allocated session may be excluded from the proceedings. Please refer to the Authors of Accepted Papers section below for details.

Registration Fees

All fees are in USD or AED inclusive of all taxes as detailed below.

Inclusions

Workshops, Tutorials, Web4All (Days 1 to 2)

Includes: access to presentations Days 1 and 2; access to the conference proceedings via the ACM Digital Library; coffee breaks and lunches for the 2 days.

Main Conference (Days 3 to 5)

Includes: access to conference presentations for Days 3 , 4 and 5; access to the conference proceedings via the ACM Digital Library; attendance at the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks and lunches for the 3 days and the conference banquet. Please note that additional banquet tickets are available for purchase.

Passport (All 5 Days)

Includes: all elements of the two categories above.

The Conference Committee reserves the right to add or remove functions and activities.

Authors of Accepted Papers

As an author, during registration, you will be asked to enter the unique paper ID that was provided to you by Sheridan Publishing when you uploaded your camera-ready copy. This ID can also be found under the relevant track in the Accepted page of the conference website.

Each paper in the main Research, Industry, Short Papers, Web4Good, Demos and History of the Web tracks will be presented during Day 3 to Day 5, and as such, should be associated with a Main Conference or Passport regular rate (non-student) registration.
Each workshop paper presented during Day 1 or Day 2 should be associated with a Workshop/Tutorials/PhD Symposium/Web4All or Passport regular rate (non-student) registration.
A Passport Registration (5-Days) can cover at most 1 paper in Day 1 to Day 2 and 1 paper in Day 3 to Day 5.

If you have authored multiple papers, do not enter multiple papers in any paper or workshop paper id field, as you will need a dedicated registration for each paper according to the guidelines above, namely: 1 main Conference/Passport registration for a main Conference paper, 1 Workshop registration for a Workshop paper, 1 Passport registration for 1 main Conference + 1 Workshop paper.

Eligibility for Special Rates

To be eligible for Student Registration rates, attendees must be enrolled students undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of that status.

To be eligible for ACM Member Registration rates, attendees must be current members of ACM or SIGWEB, and be able to provide evidence of that status.

Cancellation Policy

Author registration is non-refundable.

For other categories, 100% refund will be given for cancellation requests submitted before March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM Dubai Time (GMT + 4).

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to webconf2026@wearemci.com.

Refunds will be processed after the conference.
