Conference updates
- The registration site will open soon. Thank you for your patience.
- Camera-ready and registration: Due to delays in setting up the registration system, camera-ready papers may be submitted without proof of registration. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage authors to check the website regularly for updates on the registration opening.
- Acceptance rates: Notifications went out last week. Acceptance rates were 20.1% for the Research track, 23.6% for Short Papers, 20.1% for the Industry track, 21.7% for Web4Good, and 49.4% for the Demo track.
- Next step: Camera-ready submissions are coming up soon: January 25 for all tracks above, except for Demos, which have until February 2.
- Conference Venue: The conference will be held at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City by IHG, a modern international conference venue along Dubai Creek, offering full conference facilities, nearby hotels and amenities, and convenient access just 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
- ACM APC Policy: Reminder that under the new ACM Open Access Publishing model, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply to authors of papers accepted for publication in the Main and Companion Proceedings of the conference.
- Review session: All tracks' submissions are currently under review.
- Tutorials: 16 highly engaging tutorials have been accepted. The full list is available under the Accepted/Tutorial tab.
- Main research and industry tracks: Submissions are now closed and we are pleased to report a significant increase (+63% and + 20%, respectively) as compared to last year.
- Competitions: The Competitions call is now closed with no submission selected for this instance of the Web Conference.
- Workshops: The workshops have now been selected. The full list is available under the Accepted /Workshops tab. Please note that submission instructions are provided on each workshop’s website.
