Conference updates

Attention All Presenters: Presentation instructions will be sent only to the registered author associated with the paper. If a different co-author will be presenting, the registered author must inform MCI by email (Webconf2026@wearemci.com), providing the co-author's name, email address, and paper ID, and CC both the respective Track Chairs and the other co-authors. If the presenting co-author is not registered, the registered author may request a registration transfer by providing the same information. Please note that, once the transfer is completed, the original registered author will lose access to the virtual platform. The registration exchange process must be completed by June 24, end of day (UAE time).

- Instructions to eposters presenters have already been sent to the registered author - for any change of presenter see above.
- Instructions to eposters authors, oral presenters (including tutorials and workshops) on how to connect to the virtual platform will be sent by June 24.
- Instructions to regular attendees on how to connect to the virtual platform will be sent on June 25.
- The revised registration fees for the virtual conference and associated refund details can be found in the Registration page.
- Authors may begin preparing their e-posters using this template. For more information, please consult the e-poster page.
- The Companion Proceedings which feature Tutorials' abstracts, Demos, History of the Web and selected Workshops' papers, are available together with the Main Proceedings of the Conference in the ACM Digital Library.
